Job Description:

We have a great full-time, permanent opportunity for a combined Cook and Housekeeping position. The role involves maintaining Larchwood’s high standards of cleanliness and preparing meals for children and young people with severe and complex needs in a short breaks overnight respite care home.

Job Responsibility:

Daily cleaning duties to maintain the highest standard of cleanliness
Raising health and safety concerns appropriately
Preparing home-cooked meals in accordance with relevant legislation
Ensuring individual dietary needs are understood and catered for
Being aware of allergens within foods and ensuring safety when preparing and cooking meals

Requirements:

Dedicated team player
Enthusiastic about helping provide the highest quality of care
Able to maintain high standards of cleanliness
Able to prepare meals that meet individual needs
Must be eligible for an Enhanced DBS Check
Must currently reside in the UK
