Job Responsibility

  • Hosting duties and ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Mise en place work
  • Preparing all dishes in accordance with NENI guidelines
  • Securing and expanding the results of the assigned departments
  • Cross-departmental cooperation and support
  • Compliance with all NENI, behaviour and company guidelines
  • Good coordination and communication with all relevant areas of the hotel
  • Overseeing and coordinating day-to-day business and ensuring shift handover
  • Active participation in operational processes
  • Monitoring order and cleanliness in the department, both in the guest area and the back-of-house area
  • Monitoring compliance with occupational safety instructions throughout the hotel in cooperation with the occupational safety specialist
  • Contributing to the proper storage and compliance with HACCP guidelines
  • Working in an economical and resource-oriented manner
  • Carrying out monthly and annual inventories
  • Accompanying trial workers and training new employees
