Job Responsibility:
Hosting duties and ensuring guest satisfaction
Mise en place work
Preparing all dishes in accordance with NENI guidelines
Securing and expanding the results of the assigned departments
Cross-departmental cooperation and support
Compliance with all NENI, behaviour and company guidelines
Good coordination and communication with all relevant areas of the hotel
Overseeing and coordinating day-to-day business and ensuring shift handover
Active participation in operational processes
Monitoring order and cleanliness in the department, both in the guest area and the back-of-house area
Monitoring compliance with occupational safety instructions throughout the hotel in cooperation with the occupational safety specialist
Contributing to the proper storage and compliance with HACCP guidelines
Working in an economical and resource-oriented manner
Carrying out monthly and annual inventories
Accompanying trial workers and training new employees
