Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans is seeking a Cook to join our dynamic Food & Beverage Team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. The Line Cook is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.
Job Responsibility:
The Line/Station Cook prepares breakfast, lunch and dinner per guest orders from all outlets in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment
The Kitchen presents an endless amount of opportunities of learning and growth for line cook positions of all levels
Requirements:
A minimum of two years’ experience working in Food & Beverage preferred
Intermediate culinary knowledge is required for this position
ServSafe certification required
Work authorization in the United States
