Job Responsibility

  • Check in with the Sous Chef for instructions, priorities, and station assignments
  • Ensure your assigned workstation is fully stocked and prepped according to daily menus and banquet needs
  • Set up a la carte stations for breakfast, lunch, or dinner service as required
  • Prepare and present all dishes in alignment with standard recipes, quality expectations, and plating guidelines
  • Perform banquet and kitchen line duties as directed by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef
  • Report any maintenance or housekeeping issues promptly and follow through until resolution is complete
  • Stay current with modern cooking techniques, trends, and industry best practices
  • Recommend operational improvements, menu enhancements, or new ideas to elevate food quality and guest experience

Requirements

  • 1-2 years previous experience
  • Must be willing to work day and night shifts
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Able to be on your feet for long periods of time
  • Able to lift at least 20 pounds
  • At least 21 years of age
