Job Description

Join Our Prestigious Team as Commis (Cook C) at Four Seasons Hotel Prague. At Four Seasons, we are more than just a luxury hotel brand – we are a family committed to excellence, culture, and unforgettable experiences.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in the preparation, production, duties and responsibilities of his/her Culinary Section as assigned by the Executive Chef
  • Give full support to the Chef De Partie, Junior Sous Chef, Chef, and Sous Chef when need for other Culinary related events in the hotel
  • Check and complete mise en place and set-up the station
  • Work closely with standard recipes and plate presentations in order to maintain standards of quality in production and presentation
  • Follow HACCP and local Hygiene law requirements

Requirements

  • Previous experience in similar and/or related fields in a 5* Hotel welcomed
  • Physically fit
  • Fluent in English
  • Certificate in F&B would be an advantage

  • Working knowledge of production sheets and the ability to accomplish them with little supervision

  • Must be able to obtain CA Food Handlers Certification
  • Be willing to work hours that vary according to the event schedule
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of cooking and food prep experience in the food service industry, preferably in premium services, catering, and concessions environments for a sports and entertainment venue or high-volume restaurant or hotel
