Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley is currently looking for a Cook 3. Essential function of the job: Basic knowledgeable of culinary operations, a team player, hard worker, and detail oriented. Knowledgeable in classic and modern cooking methods and techniques. Set up and break down a culinary station efficiently. Prep all ingredients and station to Chef's standards. Ensure station is clean and sanitized. Must be able to maintain consistent and correct plate presentation. Maintains complete knowledge of and complies with all departmental policies, service procedures & standards. Prepares a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items for the team, and to be ready for service. Assists with quality and presentation, maintaining cleanliness standards and organization of the kitchen and the restaurant when necessary. Maintain a "clean as you go" work ethic. A positive, service-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a team. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and anticipate guest needs.

Flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
Standing for long periods of time
Bending, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs
Must provide work authorization document - proof of eligibility to work in the United States of America
