Job Description:

A Cook 2 is responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in accordance with Four Seasons standards, ensuring consistency, flavor, and presentation in every meal served. You will support the culinary team by maintaining a clean and organized station while executing dishes with precision and care.

Job Responsibility:

  • Set up your workstation with all required tools, ingredients, and equipment
  • Prepare mise en place for assigned station and ensure readiness for service
  • Cook and plate menu items promptly and accurately according to standard recipes
  • Communicate effectively with other cooks and service staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station throughout service
  • Properly store, label, and handle food items to maintain quality and safety
  • Complete requisitions and assist with stock rotation as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of culinary experience in a hotel, resort, or similar environment
  • Strong knowledge of broiler equipment and an understanding of meat and fish cookery
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and verbal communication)
  • Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and time management skills
  • Passion for food preparation and commitment to excellence
