A Cook 2 is responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in accordance with Four Seasons standards, ensuring consistency, flavor, and presentation in every meal served. You will support the culinary team by maintaining a clean and organized station while executing dishes with precision and care.
Job Responsibility:
Set up your workstation with all required tools, ingredients, and equipment
Prepare mise en place for assigned station and ensure readiness for service
Cook and plate menu items promptly and accurately according to standard recipes
Communicate effectively with other cooks and service staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station throughout service
Properly store, label, and handle food items to maintain quality and safety
Complete requisitions and assist with stock rotation as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum two years of culinary experience in a hotel, resort, or similar environment
Strong knowledge of broiler equipment and an understanding of meat and fish cookery
Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and verbal communication)
Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and time management skills
