Job Description:

As a Cook I, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, consistent dishes while upholding the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and safety. This position is ideal for a skilled cook who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury kitchen environment and takes pride in craftsmanship.

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to Four Seasons recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines
  • Ensure all food is prepared with consistency, quality, and attention to detail
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Properly handle, store, and rotate food products to ensure freshness and minimize waste
  • Collaborate with chefs and kitchen team members to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Assist with prep work, mise en place, and banquet or event production as needed
  • Follow all health, safety, and workplace policies at all times

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Cook I or in a similar culinary role, preferably in a hotel or fine-dining environment
  • Solid knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety practices
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • A team-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude
  • Passion for culinary excellence and continuous learning
