Having relocated from the UK to the Algarve three years ago, the family is now well settled and in a period of significant transition, selling UK assets, expanding their entrepreneurial interests and building out a family office and charitable foundation focused on early years education. This role will be truly transformative, acting as the operational backbone across business, investments and personal matters.

Job Responsibility:

  • Able to bring discipline, clarity, and execution without stifling creativity
  • Commercially astute, with the ability to see the bigger picture
  • Long-term mindset, with a desire to grow alongside the family’s ventures
  • A high level of self-motivation and comfortable working remotely with regular international travel
