Requirements:
Proven track record of at least 10 years in operational leadership roles, preferably within logistics or technology sectors
Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams across different countries
Demonstrated ability to convert high-level strategies into actionable operational initiatives
