Job Description:

Citi is hiring full-time COO analysts for a 2-year program consisting of two 1-year rotations. This developmental program includes training, mentoring, and networking. The COO team focuses on transformation, strengthening controls, and simplifying operations.

Job Responsibility:

performs basic, routine tasks/assignments
works under direct supervision with detailed procedures
may service a limited number of products/services
applies knowledge of routine work area procedures
completes standardized activities
exchanges basic information with other co-workers
resolves task-related problems in straightforward situations
assesses risk in business decisions
drives compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations
escalates and manages control issues with transparency

Requirements:

GPA 3.3 and above
consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
cooperation and focus in achieving group and client objectives
demonstrated analytical skills
detail oriented
currently authorized to work in the United States with no restrictions
proficiency in MS Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint
bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
