Job Description

Seeking an experienced Conveyor Mechanic for a one-day shutdown project at a large distribution facility in Franklin, IN. Mechanics will assist with preventative maintenance work throughout the site alongside the maintenance team.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist with conveyor system preventative maintenance
  • Support shutdown maintenance activities throughout the facility
  • Perform mechanical repairs and adjustments as needed
  • Work safely in an active industrial environment
  • Follow all site safety procedures and shutdown timelines

Requirements

  • Conveyor maintenance or industrial mechanical experience required
  • Must be comfortable working 10–12 hour shifts
  • Must have or be able to obtain required site certification prior to start
  • Reliable transportation required

  • Perform manual packaging, sorting, component rework, and strict general housekeeping to maintain a safe work environment
