Conveyor Mechanic

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on conveyor systems, sorters, scanners, and related equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues involving belts, bearings, motors, rollers, drives, and control systems
• Respond promptly to breakdowns to minimize operational disruptions
• Complete all work orders accurately in the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system
• Assist in equipment upgrades, modifications, and installations
• Maintain an organized inventory of parts and tools needed for conveyor maintenance
• Follow OSHA regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and CVS Health safety protocols
• Work closely with other maintenance team members to support overall facility operations

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• technical training in industrial maintenance preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in conveyor or material-handling equipment maintenance
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
• PLC experience is a plus
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working in warehouse conditions, including varying temperatures and elevated areas
• Ability to work on ladders, platforms, and in confined spaces
