High school diploma or equivalent required
technical training in industrial maintenance preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in conveyor or material-handling equipment maintenance
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
PLC experience is a plus
Ability to read and understand technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams
Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Comfortable working in warehouse conditions, including varying temperatures and elevated areas

Job Responsibility

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on conveyor systems, sorters, scanners, and related equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues involving belts, bearings, motors, rollers, drives, and control systems
Respond promptly to breakdowns to minimize operational disruptions
Complete all work orders accurately in the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system
Assist in equipment upgrades, modifications, and installations
Maintain an organized inventory of parts and tools needed for conveyor maintenance
Follow OSHA regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and CVS Health safety protocols
Work closely with other maintenance team members to support overall facility operations
