Requirements

5-7 years of conveyor electrical installation experience (must be listed on resume)
Previous FedEx conveyor install experience a plus but not required
2+ years of Foreman experience on a conveyor project
Experience supervising teams of 3-5+ installers on multiple projects
Proficiency in reading blueprints and electrical drawings
Strong communication and leadership skills
OSHA 10 required
Aerial/scissor lift cert required
Must have PPE and hand tools with limited power tools (e.g., drills, impacts, portable band saws)

Job Responsibility

Oversee, manage and self perform conveyor electrical installations in a FedEx
MUST be proficient at read and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
Supervise a small team of electricians, providing leadership and support
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards
