Job Responsibility

  • Lead, develop, and motivate conveyancers across all experience levels in a tech‑enabled environment
  • Champion the use of AI, automation, and modern conveyancing platforms to improve delivery and outcomes
  • Ensure consistently high standards of legal quality, compliance, and client care
  • Provide expert guidance on complex residential conveyancing matters
  • Monitor KPIs and operational performance, using data and insight to drive improvement
  • Work collaboratively with leadership and change teams to embed new technology and process enhancements

Requirements

  • A qualified and/or experienced Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Licensed Conveyancer
  • Proven experience leading conveyancing teams at scale
  • Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing law and practice
  • A progressive mindset with enthusiasm for technology‑enabled working and innovation
  • Confidence leading change, with excellent communication and people‑management skills
  • A solutions‑focused approach and passion for continuous improvement
