Job Description:

Fabulous opportunity to join an innovative and dynamic conveyancing company, currently looking to expand organically due to significant client growth.

Job Responsibility:

Train and mentor your team
Roll your sleeves up and get stuck in
Minimal caseload

Requirements:

At least 5 years case handling experience
Good level of exposure to all types of conveyancing files
Team Leader experience managing a REMOTE team
Ability to lead and mentor a team of conveyancers
Proactive, can do attitude
Happy to train and mentor your team
Excellent time management skills
Ability to effectively communicate
