Job Responsibility:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
  • Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process
  • Draft and review legal documentation, contracts, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Coordinate with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies at all stages of the conveyancing process
  • Maintain accurate case records and manage deadlines effectively to deliver timely service
  • Support the development of the firm's conveyancing services through excellent client care and professional integrity

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience (NQE) specialising in conveyancing law
  • Strong organisational and time management skills to handle a varied workload efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building and maintaining client relationships
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional client care with empathy and professionalism
  • Confident in working independently as well as part of a team
  • Legal qualification as a Solicitor in the UK
  • Technical proficiency in conveyancing software and legal research tools
  • Knowledge of current legislation and best practices in property law
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment
