Job Responsibility:
Manage a diverse caseload of conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process
Draft and review legal documentation, contracts, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail
Coordinate with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies at all stages of the conveyancing process
Maintain accurate case records and manage deadlines effectively to deliver timely service
Support the development of the firm's conveyancing services through excellent client care and professional integrity
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience (NQE) specialising in conveyancing law
Strong organisational and time management skills to handle a varied workload efficiently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building and maintaining client relationships
Proven ability to deliver exceptional client care with empathy and professionalism
Confident in working independently as well as part of a team
Legal qualification as a Solicitor in the UK
Technical proficiency in conveyancing software and legal research tools
Knowledge of current legislation and best practices in property law
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment
