Job Responsibility:

Manage a varied caseload of conveyancing matters
Collaborate with a supportive team in a welcoming environment

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in handling conveyancing matters independently
Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing processes
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Proficiency in legal software and Ms Office suite
Qualified Solicitor with conveyancing experience
Member of the Law Society and hold a valid practicing certificate
Additional accreditation in conveyancing or property law is desirable
