Job Responsibility:

Managing a varied caseload of residential transactions, including sales, purchases and re-mortgages
Providing a high-touch, personable service with plenty of direct client contact
Driving smooth, efficient transactions with strong organisation and communication
Contributing to a collaborative, hands-on team where your ideas are valued
Playing a key part in delivering a trusted and respected conveyancing service

Requirements:

Qualified as a solicitor in Scotland
Comprehensive knowledge of conveyancing and property law
Proven ability to manage multiple cases effectively and efficiently
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Proficiency in legal research and drafting documents
Commitment to delivering high-quality client service
