Job Description

Are you a meticulous and proactive Conveyancer Solicitor? Do you have the enthusiasm to handle a large caseload while ensuring precision? In this role, you will engage with clients both face-to-face and over the phone, offering assistance in a courteous and professional manner. Join an Established Northeast Law Firm.

Job Responsibility

  • To provide high quality legal advice and support services to clients in the residential conveyancing process
  • Assist with file setup, searches, contract drafting, enquiries, statements, SDLT applications, Land Registry forms, and liaising with clients and third parties, plus file closure and archiving
  • Perform all usual tasks relating to the residential conveyancing process
  • To be the main point of contact for clients in the absence of the Head of Department

Requirements

  • A good level of education and proven qualification as a qualified solicitor
  • Between 1 and 3 years post-qualified experience
  • Proven record of meeting income targets
  • Have an in-depth understanding of the conveyancing process
  • Self-motivated to work independently and as part of a team
