My client, a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in the heart of Northwich, is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join their close-knit team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, with the opportunity to get involved in some commercial property work.
Job Responsibility:
Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion
working alongside an experienced full-time Licensed Conveyancer and supported by two part-time legal secretaries
utilising the firm’s case management system
collaborating with a friendly and experienced team in a welcoming office environment.
Requirements:
Qualified Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with minimum of 5 years’ PQE
experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
ideally some exposure to commercial property matters
strong communication and client care skills
proactive and professional approach.
Nice to have:
Some exposure to commercial property matters.
