This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional specialising in Residential Conveyancing to contribute to a dynamic environment, providing high-quality legal services to clients. The Role As a key member of the residential conveyancing team, you will handle a broad range of property transactions, including acquisitions, sales, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity. You will manage your own caseload efficiently, ensure adherence to client deadlines, and deliver exceptional client service throughout. Your role will include providing clear advice, preparing legal documentation, and liaising with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documentation, contracts, and transfer deeds
  • Conducting property searches, legal due diligence, and, where appropriate, liaising with mortgage lenders
  • Offering accurate, clear advice to clients and stakeholders
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal procedures and deadlines

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Residential Conveyancing as a solicitor, licensed conveyancer, or legal executive
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and client care skills
  • The ability to work effectively within a team and manage your own workload
  • A professional approach and a desire for continuous development
