Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Conveyancing Sales Consultant to join their conveyancing sales team in Wimbledon. The ideal candidate will have experience as a sales or lettings negotiator and be target-driven. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate and share knowledge with colleagues.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure all referrals are contacted in a timely manner, qualified, and provided with details of the conveyancing process, converting as many leads as possible
Prepare and send out quotations
Communicate and build strong relationships with the client's network, solicitors, and conveyancers
Problem-solve any client issues, including matters impeding the progress of a sale
Update department systems where necessary

Requirements:

Experience as a sales or lettings negotiator
Target-driven and goal-oriented
Excellent relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues
Ability to collaborate, share knowledge, and skills
Proactive in seeking opportunities for improvement and embracing new ideas
