Job Description:

At KFH we are looking for a conveyancing sales consultant to join our Conveyancing sales team in Wimbledon. Are you an experienced sales or lettings negotiator that wants their Saturdays back? Are you target driven? Do you have experience in forming and developing great relationships with customers and colleagues? We’re looking for an individual that can collaborate with others, share their knowledge and skills. At KFH we are continuously looking for opportunities to improve and are looking for a conveyancing sales consultant to bring new thinking and embrace our legacy. You will report into our Head of Conveyancing.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure all referrals are contacted in a timely manner, qualified, whilst giving details of the conveyancing process and converting as many leads as possible
  • Prepare and send out quotations
  • Communicate and build strong relationships with the KFH network, solicitors, and conveyancers
  • Problem solve any client issues including matters impeding the progress of a sale
  • Updating department systems where necessary
