As Conveyancing Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the full conveyancing process, ensuring technical excellence, regulatory compliance and outstanding client care. You will manage a small team while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and work providers.
Job Responsibility:
Managing conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion
Handling a range of matters including Freehold, Leasehold, Unregistered, New Build and Shared Ownership transactions with minimal supervision
Supervising and supporting a team of 2-3 paralegals, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met
Maintaining excellent relationships with introducers, work providers, and suppliers
Delivering consistently high levels of customer care and managing client expectations
Overseeing referrals from key accounts and attending regional meetings as required
Supporting workflow management, deadlines, and performance targets
Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of conveyancing processes and the ability to handle Freehold, Leasehold, Unregistered and Newbuild transaction types independently.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage client expectations and deliver a high level of service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and conveyancing software.
Ability to supervise and mentor paralegals, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make decisions.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
