Job Description:

A Conveyancing Assistant is wanted for a fantastic opportunity in Wolverhampton with an ambitious and dynamic regional law firm. The role involves assisting on a full and varied caseload of conveyancing processes, including sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, and lease extensions. This is a permanent position that offers competitive salary and benefits.

Job Responsibility:

Work closely with an experienced Solicitor on a full and varied caseload including sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions from start to finish

Requirements:

At least 6 months experience assisting on a caseload from start to finish
Knowledgeable of the full process in Conveyancing
