Job Description:

A Conveyancing Assistant is wanted for a fantastic opportunity in Wolverhampton with an ambitious and dynamic regional law firm. Applications are invited from Conveyancing Assistants looking for an opportunity to utilise their skills and move their careers on in a supportive working environment. Salary is upwards of £25K and negotiable, depending on experience and comes with excellent benefits.

Job Responsibility:

Work closely with an experienced Solicitor on a full and varied caseload sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions from start to finish

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months experience assisting on a caseload from start to finish
  • Knowledgeable of the full process in Conveyancing
