A well-established legal firm in Kent is seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to join their dynamic team on a permanent, full-time basis. Job Responsibility:
Supporting conveyancers with the preparation and processing of legal documents
Conducting property searches and compiling essential client information
Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
Handling client queries with professionalism and care
Assisting the team in meeting deadlines and ensuring legal compliance
Requirements:
Experience in a legal setting or a solid understanding of conveyancing processes
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, etc.)
A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Nice to have:
