Job Responsibility:
Managing all solicitor enquiries regarding property disposals and re-mortgages
Creating and issuing comprehensive solicitor packs and managing associated invoicing
Liaising closely with Estate Managers and Finance teams to resolve vendor and purchaser queries
Handling Land Registry enquiries, lease consents, and extensions
Raising internal invoices/credit notes and maintaining an organised filing system
Requirements:
GCSE Grades A-C (or equivalent) in Maths and English
Strong communication skills
Customer-focused approach
Team player who can multi-task, work under pressure, and use their own initiative
Nice to have:
Previous experience in property management

basic understanding of residential property legislation
