Job Description:

A long standing Legal 500 firm in Leeds is seeking an experienced conveyancer to manage a case load of conveyancing matters involving freehold/leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages, and more. The firm offers a supportive environment, above market salaries, and opportunities for progression.

Job Responsibility:

Managing case load of conveyancing matters from inception to completion across freehold/leasehold/new build, sales, purchases, remortgages, right to buy, shared ownership, transfer of equity and help to buy

Requirements:

At least 12 months solid conveyancing fee earning experience
ability to manage case load of conveyancing matters from inception to completion across freehold/leasehold/new build, sales, purchases, remortgages, right to buy, shared ownership, transfer of equity and help to buy
