Conveyancing Solicitor/ Licensed Conveyancer with 1 years' PQE
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A proactive, enthusiastic approach with the ability to work well in a team
A genuine interest in property law and conveyancing

Job Responsibility

Assist senior conveyancers with the preparation and review of property documents such as contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documents
Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, and other professionals
Conduct property searches and handle land registry procedures
Manage case files and maintain accurate records
Keep clients informed of progress and timelines throughout the conveyancing process
Assist with the completion of property transactions, including post-completion work
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and uphold the firm's standards

Job Responsibility

Take full responsibility for files from opening to completion, ensuring compliance with SLA’s and regulations
Provide clients with legal advice, record it diligently, and advocate for their best interests
Receive instructions, draft legal documents, and engage with counterparts proactively
Address complex inquiries, identify risks, and resolve issues while adhering to regulatory rules
Ensure accurate billing and proper fund allocation upon completion
Provide supervision and support to Paralegals
Deliver exceptional service to clients, introducers, and third parties
