At Simplify, our exceptional sales team delivers the work directly to you, so you can concentrate on delivering quality and progressing transactions efficiently. As an experienced Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a varied caseload including: Freehold; Leasehold; Shared ownership; New build; More complex matters. With specialist teams and modern technology behind you, you’ll be empowered to deliver great service and achieve strong results.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage a caseload of 90+ files (depending on experience)
  • Progress all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions
  • Maintain high service standards while achieving completion targets
  • Provide guidance and collaborate with colleagues

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience handling a high‑volume residential conveyancing caseload
  • Strong IT skills and experience using case management systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable working to targets and deadlines in a busy environment
