Job Description:

A long-standing National law firm in Wakefield is looking to add an experienced residential conveyancer to the team due to expansion. The role involves managing a non-volume case load of conveyancing matters from inception to completion, including freehold/leasehold/new build, sales, purchases, remortgages, right to buy, shared ownership, auction properties, transfer of equity, and help to buy. Job Responsibility:

Manage a non-volume case load of conveyancing matters from inception to completion
handle freehold/leasehold/new build, sales, purchases, remortgages, right to buy, shared ownership, auction properties, transfer of equity, and help to buy.

Requirements:

At least 2 years solid conveyancing fee earning experience
ability to manage a non-volume case load of conveyancing matters including freehold/leasehold/new build, sales, purchases, remortgages, right to buy, shared ownership, auction properties, transfer of equity, and help to buy.
