Job Description:

A long standing Legal 500 firm in Leeds is looking to recruit a conveyancer on a full time permanent basis. The role will involve managing case load of conveyancing matters from inception to completion across freehold/leasehold/new build, sales, purchases, remortgages, right to buy, shared ownership, transfer of equity and help to buy.

Job Responsibility:

Managing case load of conveyancing matters from inception to completion across freehold/leasehold/new build, sales, purchases, remortgages, right to buy, shared ownership, transfer of equity and help to buy

Requirements:

Experienced conveyancer (solicitor, legal executive, CLC, experienced fee earner)
at least 12 months solid conveyancing fee earning experience
