Job Description

As an experienced Residential Conveyancer, you’ll manage a varied caseload and deliver outstanding service across freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, new build, and other technical transactions. You’ll be supported by specialist teams and innovative technology every step of the way.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage a caseload of over 90 files (based on experience)
  • Handle all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions
  • Maintain high service standards while meeting completion targets
  • Collaborate with colleagues and provide guidance where needed

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience managing high-volume residential conveyancing caseloads
  • Strong IT skills and familiarity with case management systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work to targets in a fast-paced environment
