Job Description:

An award winning law firm is recruiting an experienced Conveyancer to join the established conveyancing team on a full-time permanent basis. Hybrid working is available. Salary is up to £50k plus bonus depending on experience.

Job Responsibility:

Undertake a variety of quality freehold and leasehold cases, including sales, purchases, Equity Release and new builds
communicate with clients and third parties on all elements of the conveyancing transaction
ensure full administrative support is provided
perform final sign off of the conveyancing process
contribute to future development of the branch and office

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years’ conveyancing experience or 3 years for a qualified Solicitor
experience managing a varied caseload from inception to completion
good understanding of leasehold property matters
trustworthy, professional, and able to work well under pressure
knowledge and experience using all office applications
familiarity with Case management systems
