Job Description:

An award-winning law firm is recruiting an experienced Conveyancer to join its established conveyancing team on a full-time permanent basis. The role includes managing varied freehold and leasehold cases, communicating with clients, and participating in branch development. Full administrative support and hybrid working are provided.

Job Responsibility:

  • Undertake a variety of quality freehold and leasehold cases, including sales, purchases, Equity Release and new builds
  • communicate with clients and third parties on all elements of the conveyancing transaction
  • handle full final sign off of the conveyancing process
  • contribute to future development of the branch and office

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ conveyancing experience or 3 years for a qualified Solicitor
  • experience managing a varied caseload from inception to completion
  • good understanding of leasehold property matters
  • trustworthy, professional, and able to work well under pressure
  • knowledge and experience using all office applications
  • familiarity with Case management systems
