Job Description:

A long-standing National law firm in Wakefield seeks an experienced residential conveyancer. The role involves managing various conveyancing cases. The firm offers a friendly environment, excellent benefits, hybrid working, and flexibility.

Job Responsibility:

Managing a non-volume case load of conveyancing matters from inception to completion across freehold/leasehold/new build, sales, purchases, remortgages, right to buy, shared ownership, auction properties, transfer of equity and help to buy

Requirements:

At least 2 years solid conveyancing fee earning experience
