Job Description:

We're looking for a confident and skilled Conveyancer to join our expanding property team. You'll handle a varied caseload of residential matters and benefit from strong admin support, a collaborative culture, and long-standing client connections.

Job Responsibility:

Managing your own caseload of sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documentation
Providing clear, practical legal advice to clients throughout the process
Liaising with estate agents, solicitors, lenders, and third parties
Conducting property searches and ensuring full regulatory compliance
Keeping case management systems and records up to date
Supporting junior team members and contributing to team success

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive
Proven experience in residential conveyancing
Confident managing a caseload independently from instruction to completion
Excellent communication and client care skills
Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
Committed to professionalism, confidentiality, and high service standards
