Whether you're looking to work from home or in our office, you'll play a central role in driving file progression, reducing transaction timeframes, and enhancing client experiences – all while championing our forward-thinking, digital-first approach.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support and guide conveyancers with complex legal files and technical matters
  • make commercially minded, risk-based decisions to drive progression
  • handle intricate legal issues including transfers of part, solar panels, leaseholds, restrictions, estate rent charges, and more
  • draft and check high-level legal documentation autonomously
  • liaise effectively with clients, agents, lenders and internal teams
  • embrace and implement technology, AI and automation tools
  • proactively share knowledge and help shape the future of conveyancing at Simplify

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ conveyancing experience and has managed their own caseload
  • strong technical knowledge across a wide range of complex matter types
  • commercially astute, detail-oriented and proactive
  • can confidently assess risk and solve problems efficiently
  • communicates clearly and effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • stays up to date with legislation and case law developments
  • passionate about innovation, learning, and driving continuous improvement
