Ultimately, the firm aims to provide a stable, secure and friendly working environment developing the skills, talent and career opportunities of all staff. They are currently seeking a Conveyancer Solicitor, to join their team! The Role: Conveyancer Solicitor. Are you a detail-orientated, proactive Conveyancer Solicitor? Do you have the drive to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining accuracy? You will work both in person, and on the telephone with clients to provide support in a friendly and professional manner.

Job Responsibility:

  • To provide high quality legal advice and support services to clients in the residential conveyancing process
  • Assist with file setup, searches, contract drafting, enquiries, statements, SDLT applications, Land Registry forms, and liaising with clients and third parties, plus file closure and archiving
  • Perform all usual tasks relating to the residential conveyancing process
  • To be the main point of contact for clients in the absence of the Head of Department

Requirements:

  • A good level of education and proven qualification as a qualified solicitor
  • Between 1 and 3 years post-qualified experience
  • Proven record of meeting income targets
  • Have an in-depth understanding of the conveyancing process
  • Self-motivated to work independently and as part of a team
