Job Description:

Are you looking to make the next steps in your marketing career? Do you want to become an expert in Conversion Rate Optimisation? Our client is looking for a CRO Manager to join their growing team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for the strategy associated with customer conversion
  • Define clear strategies that will increase the client's current CRO rate and improve the overall efficiency rate of new leads/customers
  • Define and execute the CRO strategy and own KPIs within defined areas of influence in the conversion funnel
  • Designing, implementing, and measuring the client's acquisition conversion optimisation roadmap and activities
  • Driving the conversion performance to generate recommendations and A/B testing

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in using CRO and Analytic tools
  • Good knowledge of excel formulas and pivot tables to generate data views
  • Aware of research methods both quantitative and qualitative to understand and empathize with users
  • Keep up to date with the latest CRO practices and how to create a solution-based hypothesis
