My client is looking for a brand-new Conversion Rate Optimisation Analyst that has a passion for data-driven software optimization to join their well-established Digital Marketing team. They are offering a competitive salary of up to £60,000, offering a hybrid model of working. They are a household name within British Heritage fashion, based in the heart of London.

Job Responsibility

  • Increase conversion rates and improve user experiences
  • Shape, develop, and implement a long-term CRO strategy and roadmap
  • Coordinate campaigns from ideation through to completion
  • Investigate issues arising in the sales journey and website behaviour trends to produce analysis on trading changes
  • Work closely with stakeholders and development teams to understand why inefficiencies may exist
  • Present testing hypothesis to key stakeholders for sign-off
  • Keep up with the latest industry news, trends, techniques, and technologies

Requirements

  • Analytical and creative thinker
  • Experience using AB/MVT testing tools
  • Solid understanding of UX with ability to identify trends, create hypotheses and testing plans
  • Experience within web analytics
  • Google Analytics (or equivalent) ownership experience

Nice to have

Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Agile Development processes
