Job Responsibility

  • Analyze and optimize the online customer journey to improve lead generation and online sales
  • Identify conversion opportunities through data analysis, funnel optimization, and CRO
  • Develop, prioritize, and validate optimization hypotheses through A/B testing
  • Act as a strategic challenger to the external Paid Search agency by evaluating campaign performance and recommending improvements
  • Combine online and offline lead data to gain actionable performance insights
  • Monitor KPIs and translate data into clear recommendations for business stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, data teams, and external partners to drive commercial results
  • Ensure a continuous test-and-learn approach to improve customer experience and conversion rates

Requirements

  • Experience in performance marketing, digital analytics, growth marketing, or conversion optimization
  • Strong knowledge of GA4, funnel analysis, attribution, and conversion tracking
  • Hands-on experience with CRO, UX analysis, A/B testing, and marketing automation
  • Solid understanding of Paid Search (Google Ads, PMAX, Demand Gen) and the ability to challenge agency strategies based on performance data
  • Experience with lead tracking, CRM integrations, and customer journey analysis
  • A highly analytical, data-driven mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, hands-on attitude and a passion for continuous optimization
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations
