Job Description:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Conversational AI Quality Analyst to support the performance and continuous improvement of a next-generation generative AI chatbot. This role focuses on evaluating chatbot interactions to ensure high-quality, empathetic, and accurate responses for users in a highly regulated environment.

Job Responsibility:

review and analyze chatbot conversations to identify trends, errors, and user frustration points
collaborate with cross-functional teams to surface gaps and recommend improvements
provide actionable feedback to enhance AI-generated responses and overall user experience
identify patterns in user satisfaction and dissatisfaction using both qualitative and quantitative data
participate in calibration sessions and audit programs to ensure consistency in quality standards
become a subject matter expert in evolving products and services
support additional QA-related tasks as needed

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in quality assurance, customer support, or a related field—preferably in a financial or regulated environment
strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate conversations from multiple perspectives
empathetic and unbiased approach to assessing user experiences
excellent written and verbal communication skills
proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, charts, filters)
familiarity with CRM and QA platforms is a plus
experience in a contact center environment is preferred
comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
