Job Description:

As a Conversational AI Manager, you will manage customer relationships and oversee ITIL-based process management for AI Conversational System solutions. You will map new requirements, work closely with teams, and ensure successful implementation of AI-driven business services. You will lead a team, focus on service management priorities, and drive strategic topics for business growth, while aligning services with client expectations in an international and multicultural environment.

Job Responsibility:

Lead a team of up to 3 people in managing Service Management priorities
define quarterly priorities and oversee their delivery
drive strategically selected topics such as customer revenue planning and customer targeting
shape the strategic business roadmap for Conversational AI solutions
actively participate in the full IT process by providing and developing cost-effective IT services
define key indicators and relevant parameters of the service including costs, quality, capacity, business continuity, and IT security
coordinate standard solutions and customer needs
coordinate continuous service improvement initiatives
engage and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, and suppliers
collaborate closely with project management and technical teams

Requirements:

Experience steering teams up to 3 people
experience as Management Consultant with Business & IT focus
ideally experience in IT Service Management (e.g., ITIL) and/or IT Project Management
self-organized and structured
fluent English
experience working with international teams
experience in complex technical solutions
minimum of 5 years experience as Project Manager

Nice to have:

German language
Spanish language
