We are currently seeking a Conversational AI Developer with NLP to join our team in Irving, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). Senior Lead AI-NLP Engineer Do you find yourself seeking the next big challenge? Job Responsibility:

  • Conversational AI Development Architect and design scalable, robust conversational AI solutions (chatbots, IVR, voice assistants) using the Kore.ai platform
  • Develop API integrations and server-side logic using Node.js and Python
  • Implement natural language processing, NLU capabilities, including intent recognition, entity extraction, and context management. Techniques and machine learning algorithms (e.g., TensorFlow, spaCy) to enhance bot intelligence
  • Utilize MongoDB to store and manage conversation data and user context
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and deploy AI bots across various channels (voice/chat)

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with NLP
  • 3+ Years of Expert knowledge in the Kore.ai platform and NLP, NLU, and machine learning algorithms
  • 2+ Years of experience with Python, Java scripting, and Node.js

Nice to have:

  • Strong experience in MongoDB
  • Experience in working as part of scrum team with knowledge of related ceremonies
  • Experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) to optimize and fine-tune NLP models
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills for mentoring junior developers
