Job Description:

The Converged & Fixed Manager is accountable for the commercial performance, portfolio governance, and strategic direction of the Fixed Broadband, TV, and Converged product portfolio. The role maximizes Household Value (ARPU), profitability, and convergence penetration by defining the portfolio ambition and ensuring strong cross-functional alignment. The Manager provides strategic direction and commercial oversight to Product Owners, while Product Owners retain full ownership of feature definition, backlog prioritization, and execution.

Job Responsibility:

  • P&L Responsibility for Converge, Fixed, TV: Accountable for the revenue, margins, and overall profitability of the Fixed Broadband, TV, and Converged product portfolios
  • Convergence Strategy: Accountable for defining the convergence ambition and commercial framework for bundled propositions
  • Product Roadmap & Lifecycle Management: Leading the end-to-end governance of fixed products—from the initial business case validation to the eventual decommissioning of legacy technology
  • TV Strategy: Accountable for defining the TV content strategy and portfolio ambition, while negotiation and operational execution remain with relevant domain teams
  • Commercial Pricing & Positioning: Approves pricing architecture and commercial positioning, ensuring alignment with Finance and Pricing teams
  • GTM (Go-To-Market) Execution: Ensures strategic alignment of GTM priorities across Fixed, TV and Converged domains, validating commercial positioning and intervening only at prioritization or escalation level where required
  • Customer Experience (CX) Journey: Defines CX ambition and performance standards at portfolio level, while journey design and implementation remain with Product Owners and relevant operational teams
  • Capex Optimization: Accountable for managing the budget allocated for product development and platform maintenance, ensuring a high return on investment for new network and IT features

Requirements:

  • 10+ experience in the Telco industry, in Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Technology related to Product management, base management
  • Ability to manage complex revenue streams and understand how convergence, and other offers impact the long-term Customer Lifetime Value
  • Experience in maintaining and maximizing product profitability
  • Experience in product management and work with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in 'influence without authority,' as you must align Network/IT (who build the product) with Sales/Digital (who sell it)
  • High comfort level with data—using churn cohorts, ARPU trends, and market share metrics to pivot strategies mid-quarter
  • Understanding the 'friction points' of home connectivity, such as the frustration of poor Wi-Fi dead zones or complex billing
  • Experience working across multiple domains, such as marketing, brand, it, digital, analytics, big data etc
  • Experience in successfully innovating business models and developing new channels
  • History of negotiating with content providers to secure the best tech/content for the portfolio
  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or relevant degree
  • Excellent knowledge of Albanian and English
