As the Convention Services Manager, you are instrumental in delivering exceptional event experiences while driving revenue performance. You will cultivate and grow catering accounts, re-engage past clients, and strengthen existing relationships to achieve and exceed catering and associated room revenue goals aligned with the hotel’s Business Plan. You are meticulous, client focused, and skilled at coordinating complex group events.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary liaison for groups after booking, finalize details, and ensure flawless execution across departments
Confirm event requirements and function orders
Coordinate room blocks, setups, AV, and F&B
Lead pre con meetings and communicate updates
Be on site contact for program execution
Manage changes, billing, and post event review
Maintain accurate records and timelines
Requirements:
Convention or event services experience required
Excellent organization and communication
Calm and solutions oriented under pressure
Must be flexible to work any shifts, including holidays and weekends
