Job Responsibility

  • Examine, diagnose and correct operational problems related to equipment in manufacturing process and plant building areas
  • Validate project to improve efficiency of production machine
  • Modify components for manufacturing machines
  • Review specifications of blue prints of mechanical and electrical components
  • Understand logical sequence of programmable controller
  • Troubleshoot pneumatic, electrical & mechanical systems on new automated machines
  • Install new machines and ensure proper operation in compliance with quality and manufacturing procedures
  • Repair and provide maintenance to equipment using sophisticated testing equipment and specialized manuals
  • Support production lines to maintain machines and manufacturing equipment working in excellent conditions
  • Disassemble equipment, disconnect controls and remove defective parts
  • Perform preventive maintenance according to established standards
  • Complete validation execution on new or existing machines
  • Prepare documentation of all changes performed on equipment
  • Provide training to machine operators and technicians
  • Manually and/or electronically document required information to comply with procedures and specifications
  • Conduct EHS inspections to identify and correct safety hazards and environmental aspects
  • Analyze EHS incidents to find causes and take corrective action

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Electronic Engineering Technology and 0-1 years related experience
  • Able to read, write, speak and understand English at a good comprehensive level
  • Knowledge on computer and programmable Controller Software
  • Must be available to work irregular hours
  • Able to travel
  • Must comply with plant safety procedures, good manufacturing practices
  • Work under pressure of deadlines
  • Work with minimum supervision and self started
  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Adherence to proper handwashing technique at all times
